Identify each claimed loss, its amount and its connection to the reported conduct. Preserve receipts, estimates and supporting records; staff will explain how to provide them.
A request is not a restitution order or a guarantee of recovery. The prosecutor may seek clarification, and the Court determines any applicable order.
For seized property, identify the custodian and item number. This Office cannot release another agency’s property without the appropriate authority.
